Cat Out of the Bag Alert!  This review contains some spoilers for this film!

Synopsis:  Kevin Smith’s debut low-budget film about Dante Hicks (Brian O’Halloran), a convenience store clerk who has a wild day that makes him question more than just his sanity.

Cat Burglar (Scene Stealer): There is a resident black cat living in the convenience store who is seen in several shots observing the crazy action happening around him.

At one point the cat’s litter box is left on the counter while Dante is on the phone.  A customer (Joe Bagnole) is at the counter waiting when the cat shows up and steps into the box.

The cat proceeds to take a dump in the litter box in front of the customer and then cover it up.

The cat is also carried to the counter by Randal (Jeff Anderson) and runs across in front of a customer who comments that it’s a nice cat and asks its name.  “Annoying Customer,” Randal replies.
