Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer (MGM)
Narrated by:
 Jimmie Fidler
Directed by: Ralph Staub

Synopsis: Reporter and Hollywood gossip columnist Jimmie Fidler narrates a selection of newsreels and film clips spotlighting a large number of Hollywood stars from the past and updating the audience on their lives and careers.

Cat Burglar (Scene Stealer): In one segment Jimmie talks about former silent film star Anna Q. Nilsson.  She is seen presumably in her yard, first with some pruning shears and then holding an adorable white Persian kitten.

Jimmie explains how she suffered an injury on a film which forced her retirement, although in reality the serious horse riding accident she suffered only kept her from films for a short time and she continued working for many years, albeit in smaller roles.
