Synopsis: A man (Harold Lloyd) who is down on his luck runs afoul of a persistent dog which chases him into interactions with a drunkard (Snub Pollard) and a woman (Bebe Daniels) who is being robbed.

Kitty Cameo: Harold sneaks a hot dog away from a vendor but it is stolen by a sneaky dog.  Eventually Harold’s pursuit of the dog turns tables and the dog starts chasing him.  In the midst of the chase as Harold is hiding beneath a garbage can the dog spots a black cat sitting nearby.  The dog chases after the cat, which takes off running.
