Yukon Jake - black cat arches back in street

Seconds later Cyclone’s horse comes to a screeching halt in front of the cat (which is now a fake cat in full back arch).  It’s not clear if the horse stops because he is frightened of the cat or if he doesn’t want the cat to cross his path.  Either way Cyclone Bill flies off and slides down the street.
