Synopsis: The residents of Gotham City are having to deal with the effects of a crime wave, further exacerbated by a corrupt mayor and a somewhat corrupt police department.  Detective James Gordon (Ben McKenzie) is assigned to solve the murder of noted citizens Mr. and Mrs. Wayne whose young son Bruce (David Mazouz) was spared.  These are the early days in the Batman universe told in a gritty, intense style..

Kitty Cameo: At the beginning of the episode we see young Cat Woman Selina Kyle (Camren Bicondova) as she steals a bottle of milk and a wallet from two different shoppers.  She goes into an alley and pours some of the milk into a container for a cat to drink.

This is right before the Wayne family enters the alley and she witnesses the murder of Bruce’s parents.

Final Mewsings: Anyone who loves cats can’t be all bad and Seline Kyle is the purrfect example.
