Synopsis: The true story of Derek Bentley (Christopher Eccleston), a slow-witted young man who fell in with a bad crowd and ended up on trial for murder.

Cat Cattle Call: The Bentley family lives in a small two-story home which is also the residence of numerous animals, including dogs, chickens, a turtle and at least three cats. Two of the cats are first seen in Derek’s smoke-filled bedroom along his sister Iris (Clare Holman) and some of the other animals.
