Synopsis: An unblinking docudrama about a heroine addict and her family living in a poor housing district of Lisbon which is being demolished all around them.

Kitty Cameos and Purr Blurs: Most of the shots in this film are long segments filmed with a stationary camera. Several cats are seen throughout, melding into the landscape of the poverty-stricken area. Most of these are seen in a cluttered area outside, except for an extreme close up of a tabby cat sleeping.

Final Mewsings: Cats and people should not have their homes torn down around them.
