Cat Out of the Bag Alert!  This review contains some spoilers for this film!

Synopsis: The story of a simple man named Giuseppe (Maximilian Schell) who would later become Saint Joseph Cupertino.

Cat Burglar (Scene Stealer): At the beginning of the film Giuseppe, who has a natural love for animals, is seen cradling a tiny bird in his hands. Above him an interested kitten watches from a windowsill.

Giuseppe releases the bird and the kitten watches the animal as it flies away.

Purr Blur:  After Giuseppe has become a priest, the people of his hometown hear the news and bring their children and animals to him for blessings. In the crowd a woman is seen holding a kitten (possibly the same one as before!)

Final Mewsings: May all the kitties be blessed..
