Synopsis: Jane Dana (Deanna Durbin) is tired of her good girl image and so she flirts with a business associate of her father’s, inadvertently causing a small town scandal.
Purr Blur: In the scene in which Jane is first introduced she is singing while preparing food for her father’s rabbits, who are undergoing nutritional testing. A white cat is sitting to one side of her.
The cat gets up and walks off screen, not to be seen again.
Final Mewsings: Cats skip the musical numbers.
